I trained at the Minster Centre, London, gaining a Diploma in 2013 and an MA in 2015. I also have a Diploma from the Metanoia Institute, London.

 

I began working in private practice in 2014. I now have over a decade of experience working with a range of clients in a variety of settings including charitable organisations and training institutions.

In October 2025 I completed a Certificate in Supervision at Re-Vision and am in the process of completing a UKCP accredited Diploma. I see this as a natural progression and development of my work in the field of psychotherapy.

 

I am a registered member of the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP). I abide by the UKCP Code of Ethics and Professional Practice for Psychotherapists, and my work adheres to their strict professional standards.

 

As a member of UKCP I ensure I am kept up to date with new areas of research and training within the field. I am committed to my own professional development and continue to study and take additional courses which interest me as part of my CPD (Continuing Professional Development).
